This Moment

This week has me looking at what it means to live in the moment. In most peoples lives they walk around thinking about what happened 5 minutes ago, 10 years ago, what they did or didn't say, should have said and then simultaneously thinking and worrying about what will happen in an hour, what could happen if they do this that or the other, what may happen because they didn't do this that or the other thing, all the while wielding the creation weapon that shoots these fears, doubts, worries, concerns, guilt, anger seeds into their very own reality. It's an awesome power that we have that creates, which makes it even more important to understand how it works.

Our power lies in this moment and that is where you will find your peace, your wisdom, discernment, discrimination, understanding and knowledge, all of the great things that are needed to make those important life decisions that move your world forward. In this moment your mind is uncluttered by distraction which allows you to hear your inner voice and act on the guidance that you are receiving.

Think about it, all emotions come from thinking about the unknown future or already done past because in this very moment right here there are no feelings or emotions it is just this moment, this nano second, this known event that you are experiencing right here and right now and the actions that you are taking at this moment is what's going to shape the future.

When you feel that you are slipping into past or future thought you don't need to panic or kick yourself in the rear about it just calmly pull your focus back into this moment. I am here, this is where I am in this very moment and breathe that way you can always be sure that the seeds that you are planting are the one's that you want to see sprout!
